Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) is a well-recognized proinflammatory cytokine, and as such provides an ideal target for anti-inflammatory therapies. Recent developments have shown very exciting results, and in this article, Jan Bondeson, Marc Feldman, and Ravinder N.
